Youth Wellness Hubs: Our Networks

YWHO is a network of 27 YWHO Hub Networks (with 5 more coming soon) that provide Integrated Youth Services (IYS) for youth aged 12 to 25 years old across Ontario.

The hubs are geographically and culturally diverse, reaching many communities across the province, including Indigenous, Francophone, rural, and urban communities.

A Youth Wellness Hub is a specific location that offers a range of integrated youth services, delivered by existing local service providers working together in a new way and co-designed with youth and families. It is a youth-friendly, welcoming space for youth to access high-quality, developmentally appropriate, equitable care at the right time in the right place. Some communities may have more than one location depending on their geography and population.

YWHO teams across Ontario are committed to:

  • rapid and low-barrier access to care;
  • developmentally appropriate, early and evidence-based interventions;
  • equitable and culturally effective services; and,
  • youth and family collaboration.

Together, we are taking a critical step forward to improve Ontario’s youth mental health and substance use system.
