Cornwall & SDG Youth Wellness Hub
Welcome to the Cornwall & SDG Youth Wellness Hub!
The Cornwall & SDG Youth Wellness Hub serves local youth as a fully integrated one-stop shop, where youth between the ages of 12 and 25 and their families can address all of their health and wellness needs.
The hub is composed of the main Cornwall site and the outreach site in Alexandria.
Immediate help is available for mental health, substance use, primary care (Nurse Practitioner), along with many other community and social services such as employment, housing, financial aid, etc. The hub also includes peer services and system navigation services, all delivered in a timely and integrated manner with no appointment required.
Get to know the Cornwall & SDG Hub
The Cornwall & SDG Youth Wellness Hub provides services from the main location in Cornwall and one outreach site in Alexandria.
The hub provides a safe space for youth to receive the care they need, and is a place for youth to come hang out and participate in various social activities.
The hub is youth-led and was co-designed by youth for youth. On top of the support and primary care services provided at the hub, the site also offers fun activities such as “chill nights”, arts and crafts and summer activities.
The hub has a local LGBT2SQ youth group, where youth have the chance to meet and greet other youth who are on the same kind of journey as them. This group is open to youth who identify as asexual, bisexual, gay, gender-fluid, intersex, lesbian, queer, pansexual, questioning, transgender, or two-spirit.
