Wellington-Guelph Youth Wellness Hub

Welcome to Wellington-Guelph Youth Wellness Hubs!

The Wellington-Guelph Youth Wellness Hubs are known in the community as “The Grove Wellington-Guelph”.

Started by The Rotary Club of Guelph, “The Grove” provides access to safe spaces where youth are empowered to take the lead in their own mental health and wellness journey. One door with five sites, youth can walk in to any location and feel like they belong.

The Grove Wellington-Guelph is a group of safe, welcoming spaces across the region where youth from 12 to 25 and their families can drop-in to connect with friends and access local support and mental health services. All programs are designed by youth for youth, responding to the unique needs of their neighbourhood or community.

Get to know the Wellington-Guelph hub

When you walk in to any of five sites, you’re greeted by another youth, just like you, who chats with you and lets you know what’s happening. Over 30 community agencies are ready for you, providing tools and support in a place where you feel welcomed. These sites provide direct, tangible help to youth seeking connections.

There is a vast need for youth mental health and substance use services in the area. The Grove Wellington-Guelph is expanding to provide services to as many youth as possible. Currently, there are 5 hubs open in Wellington County-Guelph. Additional sites offering youth mental health services and one outreach site are planned to open over the next few years.
