KFLA Region Youth Wellness Hub
Welcome to the KFLA Region Youth Wellness Hub
Young people in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington region who are dealing with life challenges may not know where to go for help or access support, and may be overwhelmed with navigating multiple health care systems.
We have heard – directly from youth – that these challenges are real and prevalent. KFLA Region Youth Wellness Hub was created to eliminate this challenge and address key service gaps for youth.
KFLA Region Youth Wellness Hub is a youth community centre where 25+ youth-serving agencies provide wraparound services for young people aged 12 to 25 under one roof.

We offer coordinated intake, referral and service collaboration in a single-site location. Our aim is to provide the right services, at the right time, in the right location.
Young people can connect with community service providers and other youth to support their mental health and well-being, and be empowered to reach their fullest potential.
Services include but are not limited to drop-in, housing assistance, crime prevention, mental health services, support for substance use related concerns, life skills training, employment, educational assistance, 2SLGBQTIA+ supports, Indigenous programming, and recreational activities.
