Sarnia Lambton Youth Wellness Hub
Welcome to the Sarnia Lambton Youth Wellness Hub!
We are a welcoming, youth-friendly space for integrated youth services for young people all across Sarnia Lambton ages 12 – 25 and their families looking for mental health and addiction support. The youth hub brings together existing community partners who are committed to working in a different new collaborative and innovative way. The facility has been created with the help of our Youth Advisory Committee and will be an inviting building to assist in engaging youth who are seeking needed services. The goal is to provide the right service in the right place at the right time.
The Sarnia YWHO is excited to serve the amazing community of Lambton County. Lambton County has a population of approximately 125,000 and it includes two First Nation communities. The Sarnia YWHO is located in a beautiful building on Front Steet with views of the St. Clair River. The building has been renovated inside with input from the Youth Advisory Committee (Spoken Hope). The Hub will bring together existing community partners who are committed to working in a new collaborative and innovative way, offering a “one-stop shop” for young people aged 12-25 and their families looking for mental health and substance use support. Youth can seek support by walking in, contacting the hub via phone and booking an appointment. The youth will be assessed by a mental health and addictions professional and referred to the services that best meets the youth's needs.
