Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario
Across Ontario, there are 22 YWHO Hub Networks that provide high-quality integrated youth services to support the well-being of young people aged 12 to 25, including mental health and substance use supports, primary health care, community and social supports, and more.
Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) is a service delivery platform designed to support youth aged 12 to 25 and their families with the right services at the right time and in the right place.
At the hubs, youth can access mental health and substance use services, primary health care, peer support, education and employment services, and additional resources to support skill-building and the well-being of youth, families, and other support individuals.

Local partnerships to improve local outcomes
YWHO is delivered through partnerships with local service providers to promote innovative ways of meeting the needs of young people, while also improving outcomes for the community.
YWHO is also connected to other organizations across Canada that are leading integrated youth services models to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing.
Support is critical
Funded by the Ontario government and philanthropy since 2017, YWHO was established to address gaps in the Ontario youth mental health and substance use service system, and serves as a critical step towards improving treatment and outcomes for youth.
