Central Toronto Youth Wellness Hub
Welcome to the Central Toronto Youth Wellness Hub!
We are a safe, welcoming space offering integrated youth services for young people all across Toronto aged 12 to 25 and their families looking for mental health care, substance use support, and more. These services are free of charge, available on walk-in or appointment, and no health card is required.
Mental health and substance use services are integrated with a wide range of other youth services. The goal is to provide youth with the right services in the right place at the right time.
Most youth start with a walk-in session or drop in to The Studio, our youth driven drop-in program.
Get to know the Central Toronto hub
The Central Toronto hub has two doors - The Studio, which is our youth drop-in centre, and the clinical hub that hosts our walk-in and other clinical services. Our hope is that whichever door you enter through, you will get the services that are the right fit for you.
The Central Toronto Youth Wellness Hub prioritizes the needs of 2SLGBTQ+ Youth and Youth of Colour. We make every effort to ensure the programs we run and the staff we hire are representative of those communities.
